Art has featured strongly throughout my life. As a child I remember being shown through art galleries by my mother. I have always drawn and painted and was very interested in pottery at one stage. After school I did the ATI Graphic Design course and worked in Advertising studios for the next 18 years.
Since taking up oil painting I have shown and sold widely in Auckland and other parts of the North Island. I have also attended various art classes and found Auckland artist Barry Ross Smith a huge inspiration.
My art is representational with the human form and landscapes featuring strongly I have also painted many commissioned portraits.
